Libeo, the Vincennes-based fintech startup that simplifies the management and payment of supplier invoices by connecting companies to each other directly, has raised €20m in funding in less than a year after completing a €4m seed round. Investors include DST Global, Serena, LocalGlobe and Breega joined by business angels including founders and C-level executives of Transferwise, iZettle, Klarna, Farfetch, Criteo. Read more.

Flipdish, the Dublin-based online ordering and loyalty platform for takeaways and restaurants, raised €40m in funding. Tiger Global Management made the investment. Read more.
Solidatus, the London-based data lineage and metadata management company, raised a £14m Series A led by Albion. The deal also included two of Solidatus’ global enterprise clients, HSBC Ventures and Citi. Read more.
Zego, the London-based developer of an on-demand insurance platform intended to offer a range of flexible motor, professional and commercial insurance options, raised c. $160m in a deal led by DST Global. Read more.
Matillion, the Manchester-based cloud data integration platform, raised a $100m Series D led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Battery Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Scale Venture Partners with financing from Silicon Valley Bank UK Branch. Read more.
Ubamarket, the London-based developer of a retail application designed to help customers shop in an organized manner in supermarkets, raised £2.9m of capital from IW Capital and other undisclosed investors. Read more.
Jigsaw, the Manchester-based developer of a dating application designed to let users talk and play games before seeing photos of each other, raised a £2.7m Seed round led by The Relationship Corp. Other undisclosed individual investors also participated in the round. Read more.
Ad-Lib.io, the London-based Developer of an AI-driven platform designed to help global brands manage and automate the production and activation of creative assets in their digital advertising worldwide, raised a £12m Series A led by Fog City Capital. Read more.
Peak AI, the Manchester-based developer of a data analytics platform intended to offer data and business intelligence services, raised a $21m Series B led by Oxx. Arete Capital Partners, MMC Ventures, and Praetura Ventures also participated in the round. Read more.
Blockchain.com, the London-based Crypto wallet and exchange company raised $120m in funding. Moore Strategic Ventures, Kyle Bass, Access Industries, Rovida Advisors, Lightspeed Venture Partners, GV, Lakestar, Eldridge and other unnamed investors participated in the round. Overall, the company has raised over $190m+ since its creation. Read more.

Northmill Bank, the Stockholm-based challenger bank that has around 200,000 customers across three European countries, has raised around $30m in new funding. Leading the round is M2 Asset Management, the Swedish investment company controlled by Rutger Arnhult, and asset management firm Coeli. Read more.
Billhop, the Stockholm-based provider of financial services intended to simplify the payment and management of bills, raised a €4m Series A from Element Ventures. Read more.

Felyx, the Amsterdam-based startup that offers shared electronic scooters as a new and disrupting urban mobility concept, raised €24m in growth capital. The financing round was led by the investment company De Hoge Dennen, which is owned by the De Rijcke family, and second investor entrepreneur Anne-Marie Rakhorst. Read more.
VOLAVA, the Barcelona-based operator of a fitness platform designed to provide studio-style workouts in the convenience and comfort of home, raised €2m in venture funding led by Inveready Technology Investment Group, JME Venture Capital and Wayra. Copado, the Madrid-based developer of a cloud-based DevOps platform designed to increase developer productivity and maximize return on investment, raised a $96m Series B led by Salesforce Ventures and Insight Partners. Other backers include Lead Edge Capital, ISAI Cap Venture and Perpetual Investors. The startup has raised $117m to date. Read more.
CloudTalk, the Bratislava-based developer of a cloud-based call center software designed to support sales teams, raised a €6m Series A led by HenQ. Point Nine Capital also participated in the round. Read more.

According to numerous sources, Tillit, the Oslo-based developer of B2B purchase management software designed to provide instant and flexible invoice financing with smart expense management, raised €2.5m from Sequoia and LocalGlobe. Sequoia and LocalGlobe declined to comment.
Kry hired JP Morgan on a €200m fundraising.
